Connecting systems.
Most companies are not short of systems — they are short of those systems talking to each other. We connect the store to the stock to the accounting to WhatsApp, so one order travels the whole chain by itself: it comes off the stock, it lands in the accounts, and the customer gets a message. Nobody moves a number from one screen to another.
What you get
A real connection, not an export
The systems talk moment to moment through their own APIs, not through a spreadsheet emailed at the end of the day.
One number that is true
The stock in the store is the stock in the system is the stock on the floor. There is no second copy of the same number.
WhatsApp inside the chain
Order confirmation, shipping updates and the review request go out by themselves, to the number the customer signed up with.
If something breaks, you know
Any failed step is logged and alerts you immediately, instead of disappearing in silence until a customer calls.
On your own server
It runs on n8n on your server, so there is no subscription that gets more expensive as your business grows.
Every step recorded
You can open any run and see when it started, what it did and how it ended. It is not a closed box.
Who it is for
- Anyone with an online store who re-enters every order into the stock system by hand
- A company whose numbers disagree between systems, with nobody sure which one is right
- Anyone whose employee's actual job is copying data from one place to another
Open a live one
Sara is a WhatsApp sales agent we built for E33lanak: it takes the message, works out what the customer wants, answers, and hands the order to the team. It is running now.
Questions we get
Do you work with off-the-shelf systems like Shopify and Odoo?
Yes. If it has an API we can connect it. Shopify, WooCommerce, Salla, Zid, Odoo, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business are the ones we handle most.
What if my system is old and has no API?
We look at the alternatives: the database directly, a file read automatically, or a small layer written over the old system. The first thing we do is look at it and tell you whether it is possible — before you pay.
Does the connection break when a system updates?
It can, and that is true of every integration anywhere. The difference is that yours reports it the moment it happens instead of staying quiet, and we are the ones who fix it.
How long does it take?
A simple link between two systems, from a week. A full chain across four or five systems, from three weeks to a month.
