Questions we get.

These are the questions people actually ask before a project starts, answered directly. If yours is not here, message us and we will answer it without you having to open a project.

Money

Where do prices start?

It depends on the work, and the price is written down before we start. We do not give a number on the phone before understanding what you need, because a number given quickly is a number that changes later, and that is the worst thing that can happen to a project.

How do you take payment?

In instalments tied to delivery milestones rather than to dates. You pay to start, and each following payment falls due as you receive a stage and see it working.

Is there a monthly subscription?

No, unless you asked for a monthly service such as running ads or social media. A site, an app or a system is paid for once and is yours — there is no recurring fee to keep using something you already paid to have built.

What if the project stops halfway?

You take what was built up to that point, with the code and the files. We do not hold work you paid for hostage.

Time

How long does delivery take?

A site from two weeks, an app from six, a system depending on its size, and a video ad in 24 hours. Those are ranges from work that was actually done, not promises.

Why do some projects take longer?

The most common cause of delay is not the programming — it is the content: the images, the words and the data that need to go into the system. We tell you at the start what we need from you and when.

Do you work on more than one project at a time?

Yes, which is exactly why we give a real date at the start instead of saying a week and delivering in a month.

Ownership and handover

Will the work really be mine?

Yes. The code, the domain, the hosting, the ad account, the pixel, the design files and the pages are all handed over in your name. Even if we part ways.

What if I want to change agency after you?

You take everything and go. We do not use closed tools and we do not leave anyone needing us to change a word.

Do you maintain it after delivery?

There is a warranty period in which anything wrong with the work itself is fixed at no charge. After that, maintenance and further development are a separate agreement, and it does not have to be with us.

The work itself

Do you work with small companies?

Yes, and we start with the smallest thing that solves the problem. We do not sell a system to someone who needs a page.

Do you work in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Sknkum is a Saudi platform we built, and we run advertising in the Saudi market in riyals.

Do you work in WordPress?

No. We write code. WordPress suits a simple blog, but a store or a company site loaded with plugins ends up slow, gets hacked, and needs monthly maintenance. If you have a WordPress site and want to move off it, we migrate you without losing your search rankings.

Can I see the work before talking to you?

Four products are open to the public right now and five films can be played on this site. Open them before you talk to us.
