Property investment platform
Premier Share
Premier Share lets someone own a share of a real property and collect a periodic return, instead of buying the whole property. We built the platform end to end (the Arabic interface, the returns calculator, the investor account, and the admin that tracks shares and distributions). The site is published at premier-share.com and the app is in closed beta ahead of launch.
What we built
- A full Arabic interface that works right-to-left, plus English
- A returns calculator that shows an investor their expected return before they commit
- An investor account showing their shares and distributions
- An admin for the team tracking properties, shares and payments
- The visual identity and the whole platform design
