Lumora

Systems and ERP.

We build one system that runs the company, instead of five programs that do not talk to each other: accounts, stock, branches, per-employee permissions, and reports that send themselves. The system is shaped around the way you already work rather than the other way round, and the admin panel is in Arabic because the person using it is a member of staff, not a developer.

What you get

Accounts and stock in one place

An invoice is entered once, comes off the stock and lands in the accounts in the same moment.

Branches and permissions

Each branch sees its own; each employee sees only what you allow. Permissions are set with a switch, not in the code.

An Arabic admin panel

Right-to-left, in the accounting words your staff already use, so nobody needs a week of training.

Reports that send themselves

The sales and stock reports arrive on time by email or WhatsApp without anyone opening the system.

Your data on your server

The database is in your name, backed up daily, and you can take all of it and leave whenever you want.

It grows with you

A new branch, a new warehouse or a new permission level is added without rebuilding anything.

Who it is for

  • A shop or a chain of branches running on spreadsheets and notebooks, losing days to stocktaking
  • A company with an accounting program and a stock program, neither of which can see the other
  • Anyone who bought an off-the-shelf system and ended up changing how they work to suit it

Mohasebak is an accounting and stock system we built from scratch, running today for real shop owners. Open it yourself.

Questions we get

How long does it take?

It depends on the system. A small one for a single shop takes one to two months; one for a chain with permissions and reporting takes longer. We deliver in stages so you are working on the first part while the rest is being built.

I have old data in spreadsheets or another program — can it move?

Yes. We migrate customers, items and opening balances, and we reconcile the numbers with you before the system goes live. We do not start you from empty and leave you typing.

What if I need something the system does not do?

It gets added. That is the difference between a built system and a bought one — we wrote the code, so there is no such thing as “the program does not do that”.

Will the system really be mine?

The code, the data and the server are in your name from day one. There is no monthly subscription to keep using something you paid to have built.

Do you train the staff?

Yes — one session per role (cashier, storekeeper, accountant) plus short videos you keep, for whoever joins later.
