Questions we get
Do you work in WordPress?
No. We write code. WordPress suits a simple blog, but a store or a company site loaded with plugins ends up heavy and needs monthly maintenance, and every plugin is more attack surface. If you have a WordPress site and want to move off it, we migrate you with a permanent redirect for every old URL, so what you built up in search is carried across.
How long does a site take?
A simple site from two weeks; a store or a site with an admin panel takes longer depending on its size. The date goes into the proposal before we start. That range is from work actually delivered, and the binding date is the one in the proposal.
How is the price worked out?
A clear price written down before we start, not billed by the hour. If the scope grows we tell you the difference before we do the work.
Once the site is live, who runs it?
The hosting is in your name and you pay it directly; we set it up and hand you the login. There is a warranty after delivery covering anything that breaks in our work. After that, if you want someone watching updates and backups, that is a separate agreement at a written monthly price. Or you use anyone else, because all of it is in your name.
Is the code mine or yours?
Yours. The code, the domain, the hosting and the payment accounts are in your name from day one, and we hand everything over if you decide to work with someone else.
Do you work with clients outside Egypt?
Yes. We work across Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and have products running in both markets.
