What is it built on?
n8n, hosted on a server of your own, connected to whichever AI models you need. n8n itself is open source and there is no subscription per operation, but two things do recur: the server, and any reply that goes through an AI model, which is billed on usage rather than free. We work out the expected figure in the proposal from how many messages you expect.
Will the agent reply in Egyptian Arabic?
Yes. We tune it on how your customers actually write, not on translated formal Arabic.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
We give it clear boundaries: things it may handle, and things it hands straight to a person. Every conversation is logged so you can review it.
How long does it take?
A simple automation runs from a week. A full agent takes longer, because it has to be tried against real cases before it goes live.
